Welcome to Tales of Siren! By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

By downloading, installing, or using Tales of Siren (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Tales of Siren may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, such as 'Tales Coin'. All in-app purchases are final, and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy (refer to the Refund Policy section).

You are responsible for all charges incurred by your use of in-app purchases.

7. User-Generated Content

The App may allow users to create, upload, or share content, such as characters, screenshots, and messages. By submitting or sharing any content, you:

• Grant Tales of Siren a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
• Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
• Agree not to submit any content that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tales of Siren disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Philippines.
